Warbler Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) keeps data collection to a minimum. The main information we collect is what you send us through our inquiry form. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
01Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form on our website, we collect the details you choose to provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your store or company website
- The service areas you select
- Any project details you write in the message field
If you email us, schedule a call, or become a client, we also keep the correspondence and any business information you share in the course of that relationship, such as billing contacts and invoicing details.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose errors.
We use privacy-focused, aggregate website analytics to understand overall traffic (for example, how many people viewed a page). This analytics does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or marketing cookies on this website. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government IDs, or health data through this site. Please do not include that kind of information in the inquiry form.
02How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call
- Evaluate whether and how we can help with your project
- Provide, manage, and bill for services if you become a client
- Operate, secure, and improve our website
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We will not add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask us to. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
03Legal bases for processing
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and running our website, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, and to comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
05Client systems and customer data
When we are engaged to work on a client's store, operations, or marketing systems, we may access data held in those systems, including the client's own customer data. In that situation we act on the client's behalf as a service provider or processor. We access only what is needed for the engagement, use it solely to perform the agreed work, and handle it according to the client agreement and the client's instructions. The client's own privacy policy governs how their customers' information is collected and used.
07Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact if no engagement begins. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and afterward as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Technical logs and analytics data are retained by our hosting provider for limited periods under its own policies. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
08Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent
- Receive your information in a portable format
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
These rights include those provided under the GDPR and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and other U.S. state privacy laws. To make a request, use the inquiry form on our website or reply to any email you have received from us. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
11Children
Our services are intended for businesses. This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
